Potsdamer Platz was constructed in the heart of Berlin and covers over 550.000 m² gross floor space. Office space, hotels, cinema halls, as welll as other entertainment venues and residential quarters are well integrated in the complex. The choice of of having general management which would supervise the project management and the supervison was implemneted on this project.
