A residential complex with 575 accomodation units located in Berlin, Steglitz, was constructed in 1931. The total living area measures about 35,168 m². During the period between 1992 to 1995 part of the top floors of the  some of the 3 and 4 storey buildings modernised and develped into living quarters.
