Between the Mohren and Kronenstraße, a traditional office building was refurbished to house an international finance and service center in accordance with conservation rules that regulate historic buildings. The site measures approximately 6,000 m² and the building encompases about 26,100 m² floor area, 17,000 m² of which is utilised as office space. The Madison City Suites has 84 Appartments.
