The portfolio deals with the error and construction deficiency management of after sales businesses. 120 projetcs were prepared and completed focusing on technical, legal and commercial aspects. The use of the Project Target Control (Protarcon) system of construction process management and a final error possibility and influence analysis (Fehlermöglichkeits- und Einflussanalyse FMEA) was carried out.
